Fake it

So much of life
is preserving
the
tragedy we need
to make
it through
another
day.
Rush forward in
furious motion,
particle acceleration
into a
dam wall,
built of concrete by
hands
of men
without proper work
during the first
depression.
The river that
was
becomes a lake
while fish
die (&) stink

rot while a river
bed dries
(conjunctionword) cracks
without
water,
(^) the lake
is restocked
with
new alive fish
every season

so that we can go there
(.) be drunk
(aswellas) ride
jet
skis (inadditionto)
fast boats,
getting sun
burned- (then)
using aloe vera.
Man needs
his work
so that he can conquer
nature
that surrounds
him.
